“This was a very nice place. The updated building was done nicely, keeping the rustic look of old, with a touch of new. Room was clean and spacious. The only thing I could complain about was the small a/c unit, that seemed to struggle on the hot day. The room wasn't hot, but definately could have been cooler to relax in, after a day in the heat. ”

“Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Super quiet, clean, convenient, it’s located in town, which there were plenty of shopping and food options. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. And I will be staying there again in the future.”

“Host double booked over me for his “private” hunting business. Couldn’t use living room or kitchen because his other guests had all their hunting gear in them. My bed collapsed the second day. Real nightmare. I would never recommend this property to anyone. ”

“The cabin was cute and nicely updated. The inside was very clean, well furnished, and stocked with all of the essentials. The outside had some useful amenities and a relaxing atmosphere but it wasn't as well kept as the inside. There were tons of spider webs, which wasn't unexpected, but the entire exterior could have used a good powerwash.The location/neighborhood seemed somewhat ok but it isn't the most diverse place and some may not feel welcome in that area. “I didn't get to stay at the property. The owner never gave me access. Never communicated at all via VRBO, email, text, or phone. I called the owner and owner was not receiving voicemail. I called VRBO. I have a case number to try to get a refund. I had to stay at a hotel. I never received the access code or communication. Very disappointed. Waiting a refund. Hoping I am not ripped off.”

“We are 7 sisters aged 50-76. We had a wonderful stay at the Yellow Rose. This beautiful old home had rooms and beds for all of us. Would definitely stay here again”
