“The wall above the bed was torn up and had a lot of plaster falling off. A very large bug, looked to be a mud dauber, flew on me while on the bed. No refrigerator in the room. The carpeting was torn near the wall. There looked to be a gap in the brick wall near the window. Men were working on a new deck (2nd floor) with impact drill drivers before 7am.
