The yard is shared with the other 3 apartment tenants in the building but we never ran into any issues with the other dogs in the building. The designated washer and dryer in the basement for the apartment was exactly what we needed during our cross country trip. We traveled with a dog and had no issues with location, neighbors, or access to what we needed.”

The location was great and was within walking distance to tons of food, coffee places and Soulard market. The street can get busy on a Friday or Saturday night but there was still parking available and the noise wasn’t so much that it kept us awake. We would definitely stay here again!”
