“I was not happy about the in room dinner service. I tried over 4 days to order from the service and no one answered the phone. I tried calling between 11am - 11 pm . My family tried to use resort bell hop to get there luggage for checkout and again poor customer service because no one picked up.”

“Our stay at Bahia is usually very good. This trip we had our baby having a cold so we stayed inside more than expected. The food options were adequate, I would expect a little more though on Sunday night considering well, it’s Sunday. We got stuck in the elevator once for about a minute which triggered some anxiety for the Mrs, and then later on the one closest to our room stopped working so we had to walk a little further. This trip was a short one and we checked in late and left extremely……

“Our stay was great. I would give this property 10 stars!! Natoya and her family went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Natoya reached out to me about a week before our stay, and she constantly communicated with me to make sure our needs were met during our stay. The villa was amazing, and is located in a gated community. It was more than enough to accommodate my family of five. We chose the all inclusive option which included meals, and the food was amazing. My kids are still talking……
