"The food was horrible at any of the restaurants on the complex, some of the staff was amazing but some other staff not well trained. Poor information, no amenities, the bathroom toilet was leaking water, the shower was leaking water outside the bathroom, was blood on my bed.
No activity on the pool, no shows, we have to go to sleep at 10 because everything is close at 10:00 pm, I normally don't like to give bad reviews but this time it fell I need to because we paid so expensive for a service that we not received."
