“Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and easily accessible from downtown Bentonville. ”

“I appreciate the "extra" touches a hotel makes for their guests feel welcome, but the flower on the toilet paper is disgusting and unnecessary. I used the restroom within the first hour of arriving. The decorative toilet paper flower on the roll had to be removed, only to find a wet spot where it had been affixed to the roll. As a female, the idea of using damp toilet paper (especially from an unknown source) was one of the most disgusting things ever. ”

“The rooms were clean and quiet, the street to get in was a little challenging and the beds were nice but I like mine better ”

“Staff great, very welcoming and respectful. Breakfast was really great. Location convenient. Room was clean, but building and room are older and room felt old (clean nonetheless). Like a <= 2-star hotel in room factor. ”
