“We reserved a room with a jetted tub, pictures of room showed a jetted tub. Once we got to the property and to the room it was nice but not jetted tub. It had a large claw footed soaking tub, the reason for booking this location was for the jetted tub.”

“This was our second time staying with Whispering Woods. The hot water was not working when we arrived and as we had a delayed flight into Little Rock, we did not arrive at our cabin until 1130 pm. There was no way to reach the staff until the next morning after ten AM. My wife was not happy with no hot water to shower with. I got a staff member who asked me if I had tried the trouble shooting list. There was no trouble shooting list in our cabin. She asked me if I could fix the problem, and as……
