“Atmosphere is great but ants and bugs in cabin. The owner doesn’t ever clean or take out trash or give towels unless u ask. Did not replace cups or coffee items daily. Ran out. He argued with me about asking for towels like I was not allowed but 3 towels for a 4 days stay. I was mad. Pool not cleanest. No life jackets available. Broken pool noodles. ”

“This is an outstanding place to stay in the Ft Smith area. If you ride the Arkansas Missouri rail to Van Buren, it would be worth the Uber or car rental. Hosts are eager to communicate with you. You won’t be disappointed if you like drinking your morning coffee on the front porch of your private rustic but very comfortable log cabin.”

“Cute cabin......close to Ozark Folk Center and Mountain View downtown. Bathroom is small but adequate for 2 people.....we enjoyed and would consider staying here again in the future.”
