“Lovely place to stay just outside Hot Springs! You have a view of the mountains, and yet it's only about a minute drive to downtown. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's on the first floor, and it is very private and incredibly quiet suite! The room faces the front of the B&B with a view of the lawn, a pretty fountain and the mountains. “Beautiful place literally walking distance to everything down bath row and all the local bars and restaurants. complementary Breakfast was a plus and the hosts of the b&b was very nice. My only issue was the house sounds control walls were just too thin I could here everything including when people went in and out of the house . There were birds outside making noise starting at 2:30am all night long. So i didn't really get much sleep on the trip . But a B&B was most definitely a neat experience……
