“We had a lovely time and were impressed by the thoughtful details, from plastic wrap and a brand new cube of butter, to spices and all manner of utensils one might need. Everything was very straightforward and easy. There was a load of towels in the dryer upon our arrival, so I folded them and we used some throughout our stay. I'm guessing that may have been a small oversight by housekeeping, but I noticed the dryer was a little slow in getting things dry, so they might've run out of time.……

“It was as described but we didn't have a pleasant stay, there was no hot water and the heater wasn't working properly.”
