"They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. "The pool was closed which was disappointing and no prior information on the website. Also, they said complementary breakfast and they didn’t have anything. Plus it was loaded with homeless people and people on drugs. I was very scared of the location, there was no security. At night i kept seeing lights flash our room and people talking but we were the last room on the floor. Also, some homeless person was showering in the bathroom bu the lobby, made it seem like just anyone off the street can...
