“After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city……

“Booked a compact room and it is exactly how you would imagine. If you plan on staying out and exploring then this would be perfect for you. Room was clean and had a desk, TV, sink, microwave, fan, and mini fridge. The only downsides were the narrow staircase, the noises, and the bed. We were on the third level which has a very narrow staircase making it hard to navigate with luggage.
