Our room was beautiful and we could park directly outside the door which was very convenient. The bed was large and comfortable. The room was not very clean although it was extremely tidy. The staff are quiet but friendly and helpful when needed. Breakfast stops at 9:20am on the weekends which I felt was a bit early and the selection was limited but still tasty and useful.

The hotel was hard to find since the sign was covered over and didn't have the new name of the hotel. It's a bit out of the way, other that that we had a comfortable stay with a decent bed and nice bathroom. The TV should be replaced, it was small 20 or 32 inch model from a decade or two back. We wanted to watch the hokey game, but it was too frustrating with the small size and black dots on the screen.

Entrance isn't marked clearly. Room had an odor, bathroom wasn't overly clean. TV volume had a mind of its own, looked like a dog had chewed remote. Room was spacious. Floors looked liked they were new. Bed was comfortable. Check in and out was easy.

The good: great beds and pillows and layout of the rooms. Comfy. The bad: Very noisy air conditioner and outside traffic. The worst parking entrance and parking lot ever! Wow, unbelievable hard to find at night. High step to get into the room, not recommended for any elderly person. Breakfast was all carbs, no eggs, bacon or sausages. We ended up going to a few local breakfast places which got pricey. Ended being more than $200 a night somehow, so recommend looking elsewhere and book directly.

Its clean, looks nice. Finding the reception was a challenge as the sign states Knights Inn. The walls are thin, and that does not bode well for a restful night sleep if your neighbors are loud, and entering multiple times the rooms adjacent or above you prepare to be up. I recommend earplugs. I had previously stayed on the back side of this location, but the highway makes it very noisy - again bring earplugs if you chose to stay here and you'll be fine.

Very difficult to find property. Not visible from the roadway and no sign at roadway showing you are in the right location. GPS does not show you exact location. We were booked into 3 king rooms with 9.guests. there were supposed to be queen double bed rooms. We had to cancel. They charged us 3 cancellation fees and still charged for one room. Even though we were promised a full refund.

The room was generally clean, but the amenities were terrible. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. There were reusable fillable containers that were empty.. We had no toilet paper. I had to ask for toilet paper and extra towels and we just made do with the one bar of soap we were given. The bed was fine. There is a refrigerator. The breakfast was awful. The coffee maker wasn’t working and then by the time they got it working it was basically Sanka/some powdered coffee mix.

Listed as Northshore Hotel and when we arrived found out it was a motel, and under the name Knights Inn. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers were all empty. I could tell they were trying to renovate which is great, but being upfront about it being a motel is important. We had a toddler that was woken up multiple times by slamming car doors right outside the room. I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known it was a motel.
