Air conditioner wouldn’t stay on (was not on auto or anything) We were told pool was out of order when we arrived but should be ok for the next day, it wasn’t. There was a party going on and parking was very limited.

Not alot on the continetal breakfast. Waffle makers but no batter. Heating lamps but no hot food. Hubby who can't have alot of carbs could only eat hard boiled eggs. Everything else was carb filled. Had to ask for yogurt even though there was a small fridge

Good place to stay on a roadtrip. Quality/price was good. Breakfast was however dispointing. Not much to eat. They were running out on a lot of options

My family and I stayed two days here. The pool was broken the whole time which was disappointing to the kids as we booked here for the pool. I booked a two bed studio suit and the bedroom was still so small for two adults and two kids. The bedroom was a little dirty and the bathroom was very tiny and the door did not close properly. Breakfast was average and they do hold 100 dollars for incidentals. I wouldnt choose to stay here next time i visit.

Property was very clean and friendly staff, was very disappointing to arrive and find out the pool was closed for maintenence, it was the whole reason we booked this property

Got to our room and quickly npticed that the bathroom sink was experiencing some sort of leak. The carpet underneath was quite wet. We tried calling Front Desk and our phone was not working. We took our luggage and went down only to be told they were sold out as a group of 75 was due to arrive later. We went back to our room where the maintenance guy came. He could not speak any english so I'm not even sure he understood what our issue was. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked, found a couple dead bugs and hair in the bed. First and last time for us at this property.

We had stayed here a couple of years ago, and I must say the level of cleanliness and service has unfortunately gone down. My son and I checked in on Tue 07/08 in afternoon. The room looked normal, nothing out of ordinary. On Wednesday morning I noticed two long hairs in bathroom floor. Most certainly not mine (47 years old balding man, and my son's hair is not that long). Thinking it was going to be cleaned out during the day, we didn't voice any concerns. When we got back to room later in evening, room had not been done, it was evident nobody had come in. The following morning, Thursday, I asked if there was a reason why the room had not been turned over, and was told they clean the rooms every other day due to having only one cleaning person for entire hotel. So I asked around what time that would happen that day and was told they didn't know. We left for the day and got back in the evening. Upon entering the room, we noticed only one of the two beds had been done, and that one didn't have a sheet over the mattress cover. The other bed had been left as it was when we left room. The two long hairs in bathroom were still there, therefore I deduct no cleaning had taken place. I called downstairs and asked for bed sheets so I could remake one bed and do the other one. I'm am not above making a bed, but I don't feel that is should do that at 9:30 at night, and clean floors. When we checked out, no questions about if we had any issues or if stay was ok. We just won't be back.

One of the best stays, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was amazing. The only cons were, $50/night deposit, and the pool was out of order.

I’ve stayed here a few times over the past 5 years because it’s close to family and convenient to major highways. It’s starting to show its age. The first room we were given had broken toilet handle and the sink sprayed water everywhere, things that should have been noted by the cleaning crew. It’s clean but appears dreary looking. I was told that I could request new towels at the desk since they don’t do daily room cleaning, but at 7:00pm when we returned from being out all day, I was told they didn’t have any clean towels available and that they would bring me some within the hour, and they did. However we were leaving at 4:00am so I had hoped to shower and get to bed sooner. The staff was friendly, however there was a person who looked like a manager, that I saw several times hovering around the front desk area and staring at the employees but even as people waited for assistance, she never greeted them or acknowledged them. It was a weird vibe.
