"This location was perfect for 16 college friends to gather for a 3 day weekend getaway. Plenty of beds, kitchen space, dining space, gathering areas inside and out. We enjoyed the property for hikes and being in the calm of nature. We also enjoyed the town for shopping, a couple breweries and a visit to a beautiful preserve. The location is minutes away from Warrenton and anything you would need, but you feel like you are in the country! The host was very easy to communicate with and I knew he was always an easy phone call away if any issue should arise. I recommend this location for friends, families, home schoolers, church retreats etc..."
