“Great location & very clean rooms ! Open your outside door and there are the gondolas passing by ! Great way to start the day!”

“Very nice, clean space and comfortable. But we kept running out of hot water, as in one 15-minute shower and we would be out of hot water. We tried to turn up the heat on the tank to fix this, but then the air conditioning wouldn’t work. We found out from the front desk that the heat pump for the A/C also is used to power the hot water tank, so you can’t do both at the same time. “Great location, nice staff, delicious breakfast! ”

“This property is located in fantastic spot. Steps away from Rialto Bridge, right on the water and steps away from the water taxi, making it easy to commute with luggage not having to pull your bags through the cobblestone streets. Conveniently located in San Marco area and San Polo across the other side of the bridge. “Best view very nice staff”

Komme sehr gerne wieder!”

“furniture is a bit old but acceptable, have welcome snack and drinks nice breakfast the view is quite nice, can overlook one of the canels in Venice Reasonable price for an overnight experience in Venice Recommended! But the room is a bit small

“Fortunately, we only stayed one night. The space was like staying in someone's basement. We had to sleep on a murphy bed. We also brought home unwanted souvenirs... bed bugs. The breakfast was nice and it had a dock nearby to catch a water taxi.”

“Room is tiny but clean, bed is super cozy I like firm bedding. Nice staff. Convenient location. It will take 30 mins walk from the bus station but it is close to the ferry pier to Murano and Burano.”

“Very close to an easy bus ride to Venice.”
