The fully equipped, modern country-style kitchen awaits you with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher; as well as a Senseo coffee pad machine, an egg cooker, a kettle, a toaster, a sandwich maker, a bottle warmer, and much more.

The large dining table seats up to 6 people (plus a high chair).

Our living area features a modern sofa corner (convertible), a 55" LED TV, a Blu-ray/DVD recorder, and a stereo system
On the first floor, there is also a large storage room with a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, and a safe.

On the upper floor, you’ll find:

a large bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a 32-inch LED TV
a bedroom with two separate box-spring beds, a 32-inch LED TV, a radio/USB/CD player
a third bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, a 32-inch LED TV
For the little ones, we have a travel crib with a mattress, a step stool, and a toilet seat.
Smoke detectors are installed in all rooms. We have outlet covers and a stair gate. All windows that do not reach the floor are equipped with insect screens. The kitchen and all three bedrooms also have roller shutters.

Our house has two full bathrooms with a shower and toilet, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.
A washer and dryer are available in the house for your laundry, as well as an iron and ironing board.

On the southwest-facing sun terrace—which includes a storage room, table, and chairs—you can relax comfortably and treat your loved ones to delicious food from the BBQ grill. A large umbrella provides shade.

The house offers a private parking space right next to the front door. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The sauna is located diagonally across from the house.
