Vista Vela is a newly-built, luxury gated community conveniently located just a 5-minute walk behind Costco. You're also less than a 10-minute drive from Walmart, the popular Medano Beach, downtown Cabo San Lucas, and the Marina. These include three large pools with breathtaking ocean views, a tennis court, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a fully-equipped entertainment area complete with a BBQ grill. Getting Around:
Vista Vela offers great mobility, it's right on the San José del Cabo - Cabo San Lucas Highway Km. 4.5.

Please note that the maximum occupancy for this condo is strictly limited to 6 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in denied check-in. Daytime visitors are welcome, provided the maximum occupancy is not surpassed. Violation of this rule will incur a $250 USD fine.
We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property, If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.
