"Hotel facilities are excellent, staff friendly and attentive, food very good. To be super critical we stayed in room 113 and spent large amounts of time listening to the floor boards creak from the room above. Ceiling down lighter with holes needed to be filled in and put next to the water fridge in the grill on our evening meal meaning we were constantly disturbed. These are minor as the hotel is great. "

"Noise was really bad broken gas cupboard door next to my room banged for two night's i had to get out of bed at 11 o'clock and try a temporary repair no staff interested all receptionist said its not ours but seems it had been like that for a while surely they should have remedied for there guests smallest room iv been in rain was dripping all night from broken roan pipe but night porter says nothing i can do about weather"
