The day area includes a bright living-dining room with direct access to a jewel of the house: a large terrace with stunning views of the sea and the natural surroundings. An ideal spot for relaxed after-dinner conversations. The kitchen is open and spacious.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. It has 2 full bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Modern Comfort and Amenities:To ensure the maximum stay, the villa offers air conditioning in all bedrooms and connectivity with free WiFi. Note: To maintain tranquility, the house does not have a TV, so we encourage you to bring your own devices (tablet or laptop) for your entertainment.
Garden and Outdoor Leisure:Rented entirely for you, you can enjoy the large private garden and, especially, the spacious 5x10m pool with integrated steps (weekly maintenance included). This outdoor leisure space, located on a lower level, is accessible both from the terrace (via side stairs) and from the garden, and is equipped with a practical gas barbecue and a ping-pong table.
In the pool area there is also a separate laundry area with an additional fridge, very useful for drinks.
Finally, the house has a practical parking area right at the entrance.
