During my stay at the Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel, I was comfortable thanks to Mr. Boyce and Arm from concierge service. In particular, I left a coffee tumbler, and Mr. Boyce delivered it to the hotel where I made a mistake. I was very impressed with his customer response attitude.

We stayed at the Marriott during Songkran, and it was just perfect walking distance to the most and also the food market. The holiday was to celebrate my 50th and the hotel staff made it special with a lovely cake and treats. The 1 bedroom suite was huge, with a corner bath and a dressing room too. The staff was some of the best we encountered on our trip to Thailand. I also highly recommend upgrading to lounge access (executive), very much worth it!

Like I do every year, I spent a few days at a Marriott hotel somewhere in the world — wherever my business trips take me — to celebrate my birthday with friends or family. This time, I stayed at a Marriott property in Thailand, and I was really happy with the experience. The staff prepared birthday decorations, cake, and drinks in my room, and I truly appreciated all the effort they made to make my stay special. The staff was super friendly and always greeted me with a warm hello in Thai. The breakfast buffet is really high quality food and they rotate some items, so each day there are new things to enjoy. The exercise facility has enough equipment to be close to a small gym, with a variety of dumbbells, smith machine, other strength equipment, tread mills & bikes. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable and helped me get better sleep with my jet-lagged situation. The hotel is located close to the night markets, which is convenient. Overall it's a great hotel.
