“The best thing about the stay was Luana. She was helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. The heating unit did not heat the room sufficiently and the floors were way too cold. Rugs would have helped. It would also be helpful to have separate heating in the bathroom along with hotter water for the shower.”

“We had such a great stay! Everything was m clean, and the sheets were cozy and smelled really fresh, which was great for me. The room was warmly decorated—it felt really welcoming and homey. Breakfast was tasty, and the TV setup was awesome. My partner especially loved all the features and amenities it had.
