Welcome to your Cape Coral getaway. This inviting home features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and three comfortable bedrooms designed to help you recharge after a day of fun. The master suite includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity, while an additional full bathroom serves the rest of the home.

Nestled in Cape Coral’s NE Quadrant, the property offers peace and privacy while still being just 15 minutes from the city center. You’ll be close to Sun Splash Family Waterpark, Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, the Downtown Fort Myers River District, local farmers markets, and some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches, including Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach.

Step outside to your private oasis with a heated swimming pool, hot tub, and spacious backyard—perfect for lounging in the sun or enjoying a barbecue in the lanai. Please note: smoking is allowed outdoors only, and parties or events are not permitted.

House was beautiful, and pool was used often. Not all remotes worked for the TV's but was able to use the TV on patio. Liked that this property was close to where my family lives

We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be booking again! Spotless, fully stocked kitchen, heated pool with toys and plenty of relaxing spaces for everyone. It was just amazing.

Great place!

The home was great! The pool was a winner for the kids, they were in there daily. Not too far of a drive to the beach, also not far from Fort Myers or Naples. We had a great time at this location.
