“Loved the house, beautiful, spacious and quaint with the best location!! Such a gorgeous neighborhood with the Capitol just a few blocks away. Everything was easy for check-in, the home was clean. My son loved the basement, like having his own apartment. We were there for a fun weekend, celebrating my husband's bday and my son's UofU orientation.”

“Great place. Per other comments we were a little worried about the train. It did not bother us at all. We heard it slightly and kids on upper level felt vibrations but our sleep wasn't disrupted. Beds were cozy and comfortable, check-in/check-out instructions were clear. Highly recommend and will use again if ever in the area. ”

“There was an initial issue, the problem was immediately addresses and corrected, I appreciated the quick response and attention to detail. Very clean and modern, a very nice place to stay while in SLC. ”

“Super nice place. Very home feeling. Unfortunately, I do think that you should state with your first text what the check in and check out looks like. Only saying this because we had to leave early for an emergency and we didn’t know what to do for the checkout list. Hoping I’m not being charged extra for this.. would be nice to know before the last 2hrs of checkout time. Other than that. Very nice place. ”
