Laughing Seagull - 2 houses 2 the Sand!
Welcome to Laughing Seagull, only steps to the ocean! We are across the street from a beach access point! This unit features two king suites, two full baths, and one 1/2 bath! The townhouse is newly renovated as of March 2022! Enjoy our new kitchen and updated furnishings, linens, and more! You will love this clean, modern, and comfortable home!
You'll love the updates throughout this house! The main level of the home features the charming, coastal inspired kitchen which is stocked with all of the essentials you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal during your stay. It opens to the dining area with a table that seats 4 and two additional bar stools. The cozy living room has a comfortable couch and chair for relaxing at the end of the day. The upper level is home to both of the spacious king bed suites, each with their own bathroom.
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, garage, and driveway. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the house.
The garage can fit a small car, and an additional car can park in the driveway.

Never Again
Never Again. 2 nights….. late arrival and just about passed out when we arrived to see the place had not even been cleaned from previous renters! Of course couldn’t get anything till next day. Garage door didn’t work. Couldn’t even park a midsize In it. Would give it a 0 if I could. Someone owes me a TOTAL refund

Great location with a short walk to the beach and 15 min walk to the boardwalk. The property has been updated, but some basic maintenance would make it better (dirty vents/filters, loose doorknobs, dusty blinds, lightbulbs out, etc). Even so, we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed in the home (stocked kitchen, toiletries, linens) plus more (sand toys, beach chairs, wagon, etc)! They have garage parking for a smaller car, but parking was almost impossible for our full size SUV once the neighbors arrived as we didn’t fit in the garage and there’s not much space between the garage and street. Overall our experience was good!
