“This is a good location with proximity to town and RMNP. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. We saw some elk and deer from the property. The hot tub lid functionality should be addressed as it was hard to handle but other wise the property was well appointed. The ice maker came in clutch. Nice unexpected addition. ”
