Great location by Fall River. Clean and had all the needed bathroom and kitchen supplies. We even saw elk and turkeys onsite in the mornings. It would well for my son and me. He slept on the pullout couch while I had the bedroom.

The view was lovely. The grounds are beautiful. The cabin was smaller than anticipated and there wasn't enough seating for 4 people in the living room. One small chair and a loveseat so someone had to sit on a hard kitchen chair. There was a tiny little coffee pot which wasn't suitable for 4 people. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Very quiet and saw some awesome wildlife. An elk, bunnies and even a hummingbird! The river is beautiful. The hot tub was nice for 2, might be a little small for 4.

The place was extremely clean and nice. The bed and furniture was comfortable. Having a kitchen was also nice. We didn't have have a very good view unless you like looking at the shed that holds all their mowers and equipment. We was not prepared to have an upstairs place, so caring luggage and items up was not fun. The other cabins on the property looked very nice, so beware of what you are renting. I thought it was a little over priced and wished it was closer to down town.

This was a great location to both the national park and to Estes Park. The view was beautiful and the atmosphere was very relaxing with the balcony overlooking the stream. We had a herd of Elk wander through the resort right across from our room. There were many Marmots wandering through the resort. I would definitely stay there again.
