“Hotel is newly opened, nice environment and excellent location. However, not enough caring as 5-star Hotel, can’t find TV remote control in the room, no coffee mixer / spoon, no trash in the room, only one in toilet.
The most important for me, cannot connect wifi in my room, only able to connect the main hotel wifi, but coverage so bad and always disconnected.”
“Excellent service, best location, 4 mins walk from the underground and shopping area and next to the theatre. The interior design of the loddy, room and everywhere is amazing, you can find new detialing everyday. The room is comfortable as well. I will stay here in the next London trip.”
“The Broadwick Soho is a dream come true. From the minute the pink laquered doors are opened by handsome men in leopard tuxedo jackets you are teansported to another world. Old English Manor meets Disco Decadence. From top to bottom, every detail, every moment, every nook is a maximalust design dream you’ll never want to wake from.
The service, food & drinks were all outstanding.
We cannot wait to stay again!”
“Very traditional and classic English hotel. I love the old style of building itself as you cannot experience in other 5 star hotel. Room is tiny but bed is superb. They seems lack of staff during night time as some of the orders took a while to be done. ”
“That's the most stunning and amazing hotel I have ever stayed in so far. The hotel itself is a sight seeing spot with rich history. The staff are so kind and considerate. I can't even describe more about how amazing this hotel is. But one thing is certain as the value of the hotel said -- arrive as a guest, leave as a friend and return as family.”
"Hotel location was very convenient. However, the room is quiet noisy, emergency vehicles, and drunken people on the street. Dated room facilities, freeze not cold, hard to turn on the tap."
"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
