“Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. Location is a bit hard to find since it’s not on Google Maps yet, but the Google Plus Code (copy and paste into Google Maps) is: QG3H+VP Bakuriani, Georgia. ”

“Really it is new apartment.located in 4 stars stars resorts, the reception and all stuff are helpful. Room service available. All facilities are there, but some of them you have to pay with reasonable price. ”

“The staff are slow, and need some training, they made us wait like an hour and half to check out, and said there's a bowl missing, we didn't use any bowl there!”

“On the positive side, the property is ideally located next to the nature park and on a lovely street with shops and restaurants. The building is really beautiful, but the rooms are average. I would not advise paying for breakfast, which was very disappointing. ”

“The hotel is well located. The rooms seem to be renovated but already show their age (shower leaking on the floor in the rest of the bathroom). Staff is very friendly and helpful. However the hotel has more of a hostel feel. The rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear every noise from the hallway and people talking. You can even hear noise from other rooms. Good value if you don't mind the noise.”

“This hotel is totally five stars! Professional and friendly staff. Large and quiet room. Only one thing is bothering so many dogs on the property in the park and it scares. ”

“　日本で言えば、老舗の温泉ホテルのような感じがした。 　ただし、大浴場はなく無料のサウナとプール、療養施設があった。そのためか長期滞在の中央アジア系と思われる人（団体）が多いように思われた。 　内装、調度品、設備は重厚感のある物が多かった。 　提供された部屋は中庭・プールに面した完全なシングル室で、夏に向けた外装工事中のため窓外は足場が組まれていたのは残念だった。 　朝食は大ホテルらしいビュッフェ式で種類も豊富でオムレツオーター調理もあった。 　立地としては観光中心部からやや外れた住宅街を通った先の高台で、部屋によっては景色が良いと思う。”

“STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable.”

“The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality 5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels. Note. Special thanks to the reception team (Nika) and friendly housekeeping. ”
