“We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. ”

“This place is secure, safe, and clean! I loved having a washer/dryer in the room. My only real complaint is that their help line only provides the same info that is in their email. So when I had a unique problem (the wifi pass and then the wifi router being down), it seemed like I wasn't gonna get that amenity at all. In the end someone on their Expedia account did help me out.”
