“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked
There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”
“I was so happy to have selected Atlantic Sun Beach for my first trip to Gran Canaria. The room was better than the photos, as was the area around the pool. The bed was very comfortable. Having a little bag of breakfast treats waiting outside the door everyday, was very nice. All of the rooms were occupied, yet it never felt crowded. The room was cleaned daily and always looked like I had just arrived. That is mostly thanks to Rodrigo. He always had a smile on his face and willing to help in……
“Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la 4eme fois. Nous sommes toujours aussi ravi de notre séjour qui était de 2 semaines. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et le service du personnel. Que ce soit au restaurant, au pool bar, à la piscine ainsi que les femmes de ménage. Bref nous reviendrons à coup sûr au Don Miguel :-)”
“Parkmöglichkeiten waren super. Selbst als es ein riesen Sportfest in der nähe gab konnte man noch einen Parkplatz finden. Etwas von Nachteil war die höhrbare Hauptstraße hinter der Anlage. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man sie nicht. Wegen des Sportfestes waren auch gegen ende sehr viele Familien mit Kindern im Hotel. Ruhig und entspannt am Pool liegen war dadurch dann eher weniger möglich. Trotzdem Preis/Leistung war in unserem Fall jedenfalls mehr als top und wir würden bestimmt wieder……
“Très joli complexe de petits bungalows. Très confortables, très propres, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable. Jolie décoration. Petite terrasse. Deux belles piscines avec beaucoup de place autour. A une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la plage de Maspalomas, il y a une navette. Juste que, comme toujours, le calme dépend de vos voisins... ”
“Everything was as described in the room description and it's super cheap so worth it for what your are getting. Shared bathroom and kitchen but rooms have locks. Walking distance from most fun spots. The only thing I would advise is to contact them about check in process well in advance. It wasn't all super clear on the day but it all worked out fine and they have to come and give you the keys so they will need to see you. ”
