“Unbelievable customer service, wonderful location”

“We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. ”

“Die Zimmer waren sehr gut und auch das Bad hatte alles, wasan Brauch. Toll war die kleine Küchenzeile, von der wir den Kühlschrank für unsere Getränke genutzt haben. Die Ausstattung war vollzählig. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch ein wie bestellt ein Kingsize-Bett.Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar abends beim Einchecken noch einen Kaffee bekommen. Was noch wichtig ist, sie können Englisch, was nicht unbedingt üblich ist (haben wir später in der Stadt……

“The hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and with kitchen. There is a microwave with oven function, dish washing machine and a dryer in the restroom. Very close to Toulouse train station , just 5 minutes walk. Surrounding environment are safe and clear, with lot of restaurants and grocery store. About 15 minutes, you can reach Capitol of Toulouse. The hotel is the center of Toulouse, you can easily go to the parks, shopping area. If you have time, take……

“Very welcome reception, Frederick was helpful and informative about all aspects of the hotel and the neighbourhood. The hotel is very basic though there is a kettle and coffee and tea in the bedroom. I would highly recommend adding a bar and a bathmat in the shower as the tub is very slippery and certainly for older or less agile folks it felt dangerous getting in and out and I slipped and banged my knee rather badly. Also to be noted is the shower itself which, while I applaud the conservation……
