“The hotel is new and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Location is good, just 2 mins walk from Westfield San Francisco Center or the Powell Street station. No homeless is spotted on the Turk Street entrance, and it is manned by security guards and you will feel safe around the hotel area. Will definitely stay here again the next time I go to SFO.”

“Although the building is old, the overall atmosphere is very comfortable. Staff are polite and helpful. It is surprised to have breakfast provided if you are able to wake up early enough and the 24-hour beverage bar is always a nice facility. The only disappointing item is that we couldn't take any one glass of free wine even though we had spent two nights there as free wine could only be provided between 5 to 6pm; how could we come back to take it in the middle of the day while travelling in……

“位置非常好，酒店房间大小合适，设施也比较新，停车有代客泊车，也很方便，虽然停车费很贵，但是周边也都是这样价格，酒店的床和枕头非常舒服，比大部分五星级酒店的都舒服，我对床上用品非常挑剔，我都认为很难找到这样舒服的床”

“The staff was absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the doorman to housekeeping. No matter the shift. But an extra special shoutout to the night staff. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Our room was cleaned everyday. The gym also gets my vote. Very centrally located. We requested a microwave and in 20min it was in our room. What a gem this hotel is. Thank you for making my Sons 8th birthday a very special one. ”
