"Though the check-in time was 2:00pm, we showed up at the hotel at around 10:00am and were given our room keys, no questions asked! Thank you to the wonderful staff. "

"The breakfast that was included at the property was the highlight! Check in was slow and no concierge onsite to help with bags. Charged an additional $10 for parking when I was previously told it was included in the rate. The rooms are tired and the bed was very old. The room over looked the car park and I booked a 1 bedroom spa suite! "

"The river side of this hotel is quiet and the proximity to great dining options is ideal. A short walk to the city centre and parklands. Good service from all staff."

"What a cute hotel in this historic bakery! And so close to the waterfront and parks. Delightful one night stay here with a comfortable bed and charming room. Though the room was a bit small, it was workable during our short visit. It was also great to have onsite parking. "

"What i liked was the locations in the heart of Launceston, Close to cafe's, bars and shops and a great weekend market. Room was a very simple layout great size bedroom, lounge and kitchen area all separate. And i loved the bath and on arrival staff warm welcome. One thing ask for a room at back of hotel i had a roim room close to street can be a little noisy. Otherwise i would stay here again."

"Bed very comfy and the pillows were so lovely , I always take my own but choose to use the ones supplied and had the best night sleep . Lovely staff . Buffet breakfast wasn’t the largest I’ve had but fresh and enjoyable only fault no mini danish muffins ect that are always on breakfast buffets .overall would highly recommend and definitely be staying here again . "We had a great stay! The shower was fantastic – strong pressure and very refreshing. When we noticed the moisturiser was out, reception responded immediately and refilled it without delay, which we really appreciated. There's also a great playground just a short walk from the hotel, perfect for kids to burn off some energy. All in all, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!"
"The location is perfect for us. Also the last two times we stayed, we were on ground floor, which is good for us as there are no lifts. When we checked out the first time the receptionist was happy to book us a similar room. We appreciated this. All in all very happy and would gladly recommend this hotel."
"Exceptional place to stay in Launceston. Beautiful room. Spacious, comfortable, and quiet.

Fantastic breakfast.

"An excellent and central place to stay in Launceston at a great price point. Possibly the most comfortable bed we'd ever experienced in a hotel and helpful staff who were at arms length until needed. Good parking, nice view over the city, a lift, and good heating all added to our winter visit."
