The rooms need a paint out. We needed Disabled Parking and made the hotel aware of this on our booking, to find that 3 cars had taken up the 2 wheelchair spaces. The hotel came out and had a look at the cars but did nothing about it. So disappointing that people still do this. Breakfast was good.

The room was very clean and had all we needed. The only thing missing was robes, but that’s not a deal breaker. Beautiful bathroom 😍 Bed was comfortable. The only downsides - minor - was that the room was cold when we entered. It would have been a nice touch for the room to be warm. Also, the hallway was very cold. Never had this at a hotel before. Staff were excellent and the Bluestonw Kitchen had beautiful food 😍

Bluestone bar and kitchen was superb. Great food and reasonably priced. Breakfast was equally good. It was Disappointing that the bar and restaurant was closed on Sunday evening. Everything else as expected.

I travel a lot throughout Australia. The Sebel in Launceston has, by far, the best customer service of any place I have stayed in over the past eighteen months. All staff are genuinely attentive and helpful. It is clear through their interactions with guests that they really do want you to have a great stay.
