No expense has been spared in this 3-bedroom home, in a quiet downtown area, with 1 king bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms, plus an additional queen air mattress. Guests will have plenty of room to relax in the 25-foot, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen w/9-foot island that seats 5. The property features 3 full bathrooms — one with stacked washer/dryer — plus a beautiful, furnished patio, outdoor bar area and large, private, fully-fenced yard w/outdoor shower, gas grill, and chiminea. Bathrooms include amenities like a hair dryer, straighteners, bath products and bidets. Enjoy the fitness room, independent-room A/C, WiFi, and more during your stay. Home away from home

Katie has a beautiful home. Everything you would need for your stay no matter what you're doing. Town, beach, parks. She gave great recommendations for places to eat and places to go to. Super accommodating with us dropping our bags early and even offered to let us leave our bags after checkout so we could enjoy our last day. Would 100% stay again after

Katie has the best house ever! It is just the cutest little thing! She really makes it feel like home and it has everything you need! She communicates extremely well and strives to make sure you’re okay! The location is in the perfect spot! This is SUCH a great house and we had an amazing stay!! Charming home and good hosts

We loved everything about this home. It was beautifully decorated and well maintained. This was our first experience with a rental property, and I wasn't sure what to expect. We were there during the Thanksgivi ng holiday visiting family. We had planned to host dinner and were surprised at all the table-, cook- and bakeware provided. The amenities were great. The location was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. We have a lot of coffee drinkers so it would have helped to have a full-size coffee maker, but that is more of an observation than a complaint.
