Chic Modern Condo in Historic Charleston

After a busy day of adventure in the city, it's nice to come home to a modern apartment decorated in calming neutral tones. Kick back on a couch and catch a movie on TV. Relax under a hot shower and get a good night's sleep between crisp bed sheets.

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

I'm around if you need me, but give guests complete privacy. Feel free to contact me with any questions - our goal is to make your stay as great as it possibly can be!

The apartment is in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood where the streets are dotted with restored homes, boutiques, vintage shops, and bakeries. Trendy eateries, and bars for craft beer and cocktails are in the area.

Charleston is best seen by foot or bike but if you have any other transportation needs, the following are who we recommend:

Pre-arranged paid, reserved on-site parking is available for $25/day. $10 Daily street parking passes may also be available. Please inquire and pre-arrange prior to arrival if you will have a vehicle with you.

Overall a really nice stay. The style and layout was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Location in Charleston was great for walking to places. A couple things could make it better. The furniture is starting to show wear and tear. The stairwell and entrance is initially hard to figure out and has a lot of mosquitoes. Also, the one night we cooked a meal was difficult as it was lacking quite a few things such as tops to the pots, colander, etc.

This place was perfect for a weekend in Charleston. It’s in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to King Street, spacious and clean. Check in and check out was easy. There is a small bodega across the street where you can get beverages and snacks. Coffee shops and restaurants close by.
