“Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples.
The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix……

“The apartment was great for us. Nice location close to town center short drive to Legoland which is why we choose it and it was lovely to have a balcony. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice. The information on how to get to the building, parking and check-in were great. ”

“We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed.
Communication was excellent and easily navigated entry and pre-booked parking space which was safe and secure.

“Our plane was cancelled and we informed Expedia that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good.
The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. The location is good as it is only a few minute walk to the shopping mall.
I hope that the window blinds can be changed to keep the bedrooms dark during……

“The room is a good size and as described, and the team who look after the site were able to drop the keys to the office I was working in, so I could pick up which was appreciated. One minor negatives was that whilst sky was available in the room it didn't seem to be working whilst I was there. Overall would recommend the stay if you're looking for a small self catered space near to the town centre.”

“My colleague who stayed here said it was clean and beautifully decorated. It is about 1 min to Reading Town Centre.
There is some mild traffic noise from the buses early morning but nothing to do with the property. This didn’t affect the stay and wasn’t noisy enough to disrupt any sleep.
Communication with the owners was excellent and my colleague arrived at 11.30pm and was met and promptly let into the apartment.

“They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”.
