"Perfect for our needs. Close to Snow College. Big parking space in back of house with motion lights at back door. Thoughtful little touches - shampoo, conditioner, body wash in showers, plenty of soap, toilet paper, and makeup wipes - I love that! Barbecue and cute little bistro table to sit at out back. Nice big comfy couch to lounge on. TVs with Roku. Big kitchen. Lots of counter space. Kitchen table. Stools at counter. Washer and dryer with laundry soap and fabric softener sheets to use. Beds were comfy. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels. The 2nd floor had two bedrooms, no bathrooms. Both bathrooms are on the main floor. There isn't any forced air heating or a/c on the 2nd floor. Both of these weren't issues for us though. Space heater and window a/c unit were available for upstairs. Forced air furnace on main floor and we stayed plenty warm. We would definitely stay again. "

"We hosted our son’s wedding at this house with lots of people from both families. There was plenty of room for everyone. Fortunately there was help from everyone in keeping the place clean. The host was helpful with our only issue regarding a locked thermostat."

"The VRBO is located in the residential section of a small rural town in central Utah. The owner lives next door and available should one require assistance. The unit is a well planned small home conversion utilizing the available space extremely well. The conversion was very well done resulting in a well appointed apartment with all the necessary appliances . The unit was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast items were supplied in the refridgerator for the renter. We were very pleased with our stay and would welcome a return visit."
