“The Staybridge Suites in Couer D'Alene is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are large and very well maintained. We have stayed there four times in the last three years and it has been a great experience each time. Each time the staff has been very polite and helpful. We will continue to stay there when in CDA. ”

“We travel 5-6 times a year.. We were greeted by Nas, he provided the best check in experience I've had at any hotel. He was genuinely caring and kind, we were happy with the hotel within a minute of talking to him. He made sure we were taken care of and knew everything about the hotel. He asked what we were interested in and then drew a map showing the appetizers, drinks, hot cocoa, how to get to the spa from our room. I recently invited my back, so he switched our rooms and our us right next……

“Yes- spotless room and accommodating staff. The breakfasts were lovely and sitting in front of the fireplaces added to the ambiance. We were a four night stay- we did notice the room (7) was chilly the last morning. Not sure if the vents were working. ”
