Elysian Luxury Studio 2

Elysian Suite 1 is a brand new, stylish studio apartment ideally
located in the sought after beach resort of Roda, on the north coast
of Corfu. Totally renovated, welcoming, perfectly equipped and
beautifully located, Elysian Suite 1 can sleep up to 2 to 3 guests in
fully air-conditioned interiors. The excellent location within walking
distance to many shops, restaurants, bars, bus stops as well as the
sandy beach of Roda turn this holiday home into the perfect choice for
all those guests who want to live Corfu in total freedom yet without
the need to rely constantly on a car.

This first floor suite (measuring 40sqm) has been totally renovated to
the highest standard to provide a superior holiday experience at an
unbeatable value for money. Access from the main door is onto the
open-plan space with fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, 4 cooking
rings, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), dining area, sofa (that
can be turned into a bed for an extra guest) and sleeping area with
double bed. Big patio doors open on a private furnished terrace
offering pleasant views over the gardens and the mountains. The
modern, fully tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of space
(hair-dryer is provided). For extra comfort of the guests the property
is fully air-conditioned (included in the rental price). Wi-fi
internet and smart TV with Netflix are available for the guests to
enjoy.

In addition to the private balcony, Elysian Suites offer beautiful
well kept gardens where guests can enjoy the beautiful Corfiot sun and
relax. Private parking is also available on the premises.For larger parties, Elysian Suite 1 can be rented together with the next door unit, totally identical and named Elysian Suite 2, sleeping 2 to 3 guests.

Εξαιρετική επικοινωνία

Μείναμε 3 βράδια στο κατάλυμα και η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άμεση και εξαιρετική.Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ανακαινισμένο και πολύ δροσερό, αφού το βράδυ δεν χρειαζόταν καν να ανοίξουμε κλιματιστικό για να πέσει η θερμοκρασία.Τα πάντα ήταν κοντά μας και η παροχή του laundry room ήταν ό,τι πρέπει για το φρεσκάρισμα των μαγιό και των πετσετών θαλάσσης.Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.
