You couldn’t ask for a closer spot to the Boardwalk! The blue building has a lot of character, very vintage beach vibes. Parking in front of the property is tight; there is limited additional parking in the back. Expedia lists an elevator in the Accessibility section. This is incorrect. Book on the first floor only if you have limited mobility. That said, if you can walk a short distance & climb 3 steps, booking on the 2nd floor & parking in the back is the way to go. The door in the back opens onto the 2nd floor & has 3 steps. We couldn’t get the wifi to connect at all. The beds made my back and hips hurt (but I could also just be old).

Front desk staff too a long time to get to desk to help. Room was dark, smelt bad and shower did not work right.

Property was clean and felt homey - blankets were soft. Wish they had make the menus available for order. There was just a menu with a QR code to show what was available but not how to order room services. so that was unclear. Phones did not work, and there was no slipper. I liked that there was a shuttle available to the airport
