I liked the quiet room, building construction, and area around it. My room and bathroom were very clean. I did not like the very poor breakfast. There was not even cream creese (I asked at the front desk). The coffee was of low quality. During breakfast time the TV was on. Why do they assume that guests want to watch junk while having breakfast? The stairs going up tp my room were very dirty.

we thought this facility was pretty much what we expected. It was clean. The pool temperature was not conducive for an average swimmer (which I am not - I swim regularly and our pools are usually at 84 for lap swimming and 89 for aerobic exercise. This pool was 80 which was pretty chilly and I did not see anyone else in the pool so I skipped it. Otherwise it was okay.

This hotel was everything. From the heatable pool, to the clean room and the great service I was mostly impressed. A great coffee shop with delicious coffee that’s just walking distance from the hotel. Great! I’ll stay here again!

Staff was wonderful! From check in to breakfast to check out, staff was amazing! Room was very clean. There was a great amount of parking! My husband and I booked a trip to Capitola as a weekend get away for his birthday, and enjoyed our stay! We will be back on our next visit!

I needed to put food in the fridge and there were ants in there. So, I went and let the front desk know and they moved us to a different room. When we opened the fridge in the second room there was mold in it.
