This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really ...

The room was clean, comfortable and inviting on arrival. Service was top notch, staff was friendly and attentive, food service was terrific and easy to navigate. The facility was beautiful and well maintained.

Second stay this year, and although there were some differences from July to October, the overall experince was still great. Clean and spacious rooms. Great location and food options. Staff is the best!

Only problem we had was that the ac wasn't working since the day we got therecwhich was on Thursday. They would send someone to fix it but ac still wouldn't work. It didn't get fixed til late Saturday night which stoll didn't work right.
