Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. 满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施

The house was very clean and welcoming. Accommodated my family including my 2 year old. The kitchen was well equipped to cook full meals throughout the day. The lake is a very short walk down the hill. The neighboring houses were not as nice as this home and the windows have lots of cobb webbs but it is in the mountains so its expected. Overall a great stay and i would definitely book again.
