This is a newly renovated boutique apartment complex in Old East Dallas. Conveniently located near Deep Ellum, Uptown, Downtown Dallas, Lakewood and Lowest Greenville. Just blocks from Baylor Hospital and Santa Fe Bike trial. It has a beautiful court yard area featuring Edison light and equipped with grilling station, great for summer cook outs. Secure gate access and gated parking.
