"I booked and paid for the hotel room ahead of time and when I got there, I was told they overbooked, sorry, we don't have a room for you. After I already paid for it! So, at midnight, we had to hunt around for another hotel to stay at and the staff were incredibly unhelpful. Definitely DO NOT ..."
