Just OK
The process of booking and checking in was very easy. Knowing it was going to be cool, we paid for the pool to be heated. Unfortunately, they forgot to turn on the pool heat so we didn't spend any time at the house that we planned. They also didn't have any oven pans so we couldn't cook pizza or the chicken nuggets and French fries that we bought.
Overall, the house was nice but the cleaning and supplies were lacking. When renting a VRBO, I would assume that the basic necessities such as at least 1 pan for the oven would be included. The point of renting a house is to be able to cook meals and not have to eat out.
I was also told the pool heating fee would be refunded but I have not received the refund yet.
