Clean and incredible value, the two queens room can amply cover a family of four with pets, just a short distance off the Ohio Turnpike. I stayed here three nights and the staff were amazing! I had a fall exhausted from a cross country drive, they were able to pull me up, and ensured my safety and comfort until my family could get to me. Am deeply grateful to the desk clerk and her family. Truly a family hotel.

BED BUGS!!! Me an my girlfriend both woke up at 1230 getting bit an left with pictures. Tried calling them several times the evening before about getting a clean blanket cause ours smelled an no answer I go to office a there’s 5 people standing there around the phone. So when I called them during there operating hours she said I should have called a left a message a she would have gotten back with me during buisness hours…this happens at 1230 at night. Worst experience imaginable

The room was very clean, just old. We got in very late, which I told the front desk several days before our stay. She was very nice and made sure we could get our key card even though the front desk was closed before we got there. Since we just needed a place to sleep, the room was okay. There was a mini fridge for our cooler items to keep cold, the bathroom was old but clean and the bed was comfortable. And the price was right!

This was a good price which was the biggest draw since I travel alot for dog shows. Dog shows are expensive so we cut where we can. I came in late so the office was closed and the key card was taped to the door which was useful. I had already paid online but there wasnt some way on Expedia to say I had 2 dogs. This is a fail on Expedia where they should have a note section where we could type for the hotel about accommodations or stuff like having a dog. The owner was upset at first seeing my dogs late that night thinking I was hiding it but she was fine once she knew it wasnt something I tried to hide. She was nice that morning and it was pleasant. The room was old and a bit run down but for a night it was just fine(I'd stay again for a weekend dog showing TBH) and im low maintenance anyway. The heat and AC worked and we had a bed to sleep on. Shower had nice hot water (wish it could have been a touch cooler but it was fine). The grass was mowed and maintained. Some weeds here and there but still nice.

Classic Motel feel I remember from my childhood. Clean, comfortable, well lit exterior. So quiet you heard the train pass by. I loved the chairs and picnic tables out in front of the rooms. Great bargain for the price. Will recommend.

We have been staying there for a couple years. This time was bad. The wood floors had pieces missing. Needs lots of care and updating. Toilet had to be plugged every time you used it. Some of the light switches did not work. If looking for a cheap and do not care about anything else this is the place to safe, this is your place. Looked like dead bugs or something on one of the comforter. Won't be going back.

Nice budget hotel near downtown Bryan. Room was clean but in need of an update. Bed was very hard. I had read the review about bed bugs and checked. There were none. If they upgraded the mattresses and gave the property a spruce up, I think it would be much nicer. We ended up not staying the one night due to hardness of the mattress.

Staff was not helpful. Advised I booked a king bed and she said that’s the one they put me in. No offer to fix. Room had spray bottle left on it, no pillow cases, I figured if she couldn’t fix my room to fit my reservation no use in asking to fix anything else. All signs said 6:30am for open office and breakfast but staff said not until 7am. Overall staff needs came before customers’. Bed was the worst. No hot water after running for 20 min at 6:30 pm. And used soap in shower. But finally hot water at 6:30 am when leaving.
