The hotel staff, the view, the pool and spa services—absolutely no complaints from any of us. From the get go, we were treated so kindly; Nancy upgraded our hotel room when we arrived so we’d have more space, and the room was lovely. “La Cusinga is such a special place. It’s everything I hoped it would be in an eco lodge. The grounds are amazing. The swimming hole was fantastic. The hikes you can do on the property, especially down to Playa Arco were spectacular. The hike down to Playa Arco at low tide and the swimming hole were the highlight of the stay. The pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a hike. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Veronica at check in and check out and Michael and Ever at……

“It was the best. WE had one issue with hot water, and they immediately moved us to another room. The room was clean and the improvements being done to the property look like it's going to be even better. The staff worked long hours without complaint and were so positive. The property felt secure to the outside world. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the property is very well maintained including the pool. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped and it is a beautiful place to have breakfast. They provide fresh water and coffee from the family farm. It is well located between the Marino Ballena National park and the uvita waterfall. It is a quite and beautiful place to stay!”
