“This was hands-down our favorite mountain stay in PA! Bruce has done such a nice job with the treehouse. It envelopes you in peace and tranquility to allow your stress to drift its way down the river. We look forward to returning to fish off the dock, take a canoe or kayak out for an adventure, grill on the deck overlooking the river, make s’mores around the campfire and just relax in the hot tub. “My husband and I wanted to take a few days away for our anniversary. This cabin was well worth going to. The view from the deck was expansive. The first evening we sat on the deck overlooking the valley. We watched as several downpours passed over portions of the valley, sun shining in other places, 5 rainbows and lighting...quite the nature show. Beds were comfortable. All you need in the kitchen. No airconditioning and our first night was very warm but the owner supplies large fans that really……

“Cutest little house in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, and the very comfortable bed. It was quiet and relaxing in this home, and it was so nice to have the essentials provided (like coffee, sugar, creamer, garbage bags, paper towels, detergent). Very close to the brewery, and to the center of town. ”

“We stayed at Perched in the Trees to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Such a lovely retreat that feels so far away and secluded, but is close to great food and attractions. We were especially impressed with our takeout dinner (the crab cakes were delicious!) from Jimmy Joy’s, which we enjoyed eating on the screened porch. A cardinal’s nest right outside the screened porch was an unexpected delight! Sunset was beautiful over the valley! The cabin itself was thoughtfully appointed,……

I relaxed in the fresh air, didn't get humid until the morning we left.great communication from Brandi, very clean. we didn't cook there but it seemed well stocked.we hope to come back again. nice and secluded on the back porch!”
